This is important because people who are gifted in this way possess an instinctive and powerful ability to anticipate questions and they instinctively anticipate how others are feeling.

People want to be listened to. They want their thoughts and ideas to be considered and they want to be understood. It takes Empathy to listen, consider and to understand.
